Who is Malcolm?
I spent decades in full-time Christian ministry, planting churches, schools, and orphanages in South Africa.
How did I get here?
After qualifying as a Coach in 2008, I found my calling in helping people discover their identity and live more meaningful lives.
What led me to coaching?
Personal loss and life’s ups and downs gave me a passion for supporting others. I aim to share hope and help people make the most of every day.
Together with my wife Melanie, I’ve been coaching for 15 years. In 2017, we founded Breakthru Coaching LLC in Colorado. I’m a proud father and stepfather to a blended family of seven.

Why coaching?
After my first husband was tragically killed, I became a single mom to three daughters. We faced grief and PTSD, and I dedicated myself to giving my girls stability. In 2004, I married Malcolm, and together we’ve built a joyful, blended family.
My life experiences and coaching training have given me a unique perspective to help others discover their identity and see life more positively.
